Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical expertise and recommendations for system solutions. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, installation logs, and inventory management. Stay updated on the latest technology trends, product developments, and industry best practices to enhance technical knowledge and skills. Adhere to safety procedures and regulations while working on-site to ensure a safe and secure environment for both clients and technicians.
