The successful candidate will be responsible for both office and outdoor service, focusing on assembling hardware and providing support for laptops and CCTV systems. Key responsibilities include assembling and configuring computer components, diagnosing hardware issues, and replacing laptop parts as needed. The engineer will also be required to install and maintain CCTV systems, ensuring they function optimally. This role involves a mix of both in-office work and travel to client sites to provide hands-on support.The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in hardware assembly, laptop troubleshooting, and software installation. Proficiency in changing laptop parts is essential, along with a solid understanding of CCTV systems. Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in both office and outdoor settings are crucial.Candidates must be graduates and should be comfortable working full-time from the office, with working hours from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM. Regular fieldwork may require travel, so a valid driving license is beneficial. Install, configure, and commission CCTV cameras, surveillance systems, EPABX systems, GPS tracking devices, alarm systems, attendance record systems, and other electronic equipment at client sites. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of installed systems to identify and resolve technical issues promptly. Diagnose faults and perform repairs or replacements of faulty components to restore equipment functionality and minimize downtime. Provide on-site training and support to clients on the use and operation of installed systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and confidence. Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical expertise and recommendations for system solutions. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, installation logs, and inventory management. Stay updated on the latest technology trends, product developments, and industry best practices to enhance technical knowledge and skills. Adhere to safety procedures and regulations while working on-site to ensure a safe and secure environment for both clients and technicians.
