• install, configure, and commission cctv cameras, surveillance systems, epabx systems, gps tracking devices, alarm systems, attendance record systems, and other electronic equipment at client sites.

• conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of installed systems to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.

• diagnose faults and perform repairs or replacements of faulty components to restore equipment functionality and minimize downtime.

• provide on-site training and support to clients on the use and operation of installed systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and confidence.

• collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical expertise and recommendations for system solutions.

• maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, installation logs, and inventory management.

• stay updated on the latest technology trends, product developments, and industry best practices to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
