IT Hardware Engineer - Kolkata

We are seeking an IT Hardware Engineer with 3 to 9 years of experience to join our team in Kolkata. The successful candidate will be responsible for both office and outdoor service, focusing on assembling hardware and providing support for laptops and CCTV systems.

Key responsibilities include assembling and configuring computer components, diagnosing hardware issues, and replacing laptop parts as needed. The engineer will also be required to install and maintain CCTV systems, ensuring they function optimally. This role involves a mix of both in-office work and travel to client sites to provide hands-on support.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in hardware assembly, laptop troubleshooting, and software installation. Proficiency in changing laptop parts is essential, along with a solid understanding of CCTV systems. Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in both office and outdoor settings are crucial.

Candidates must be graduates and should be comfortable working full-time from the office, with working hours from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM. Regular fieldwork may require travel, so a valid driving license is beneficial.
