This role willensure all listings are up to date, inquiries are responded to promptly, and potential leads areeffectively chanelled to the sales team.Key Responsibilities: Portal Management:Manage and maintain company profiles across B2B platforms including IndiaMART,GEM, Project India, and others, ensuring accurate and appealing product listings. Inquiry Handling:Promptly respond to buyer inquiries, qualify leads, and forward high-potentialinquiries to the relevant sales or management personnel for follow-up. Lead Nurturing Support:Track and follow up on leads generated from online platforms, keeping a record ofconversion status and regularly updating sales personnel. Content & Listing Optimization:Collaborate with internal teams to update product descriptions, pricing, images,certificates, and other listing elements to improve visibility and credibility. Campaign Coordination:Engage with India MART and other platform representatives to explore andimplement paid promotions or banner listings to boost traffic. Reporting & Analytics:Maintain inquiry records, prepare weekly reports on platform performance, response Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field. 13 years of experience managing online sales or B2B platforms (IndiaMART,Project India, GEM, etc.). Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Hindi. Strong coordination skills and attention to detail. Ability to work with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems. Familiarity with basic sales support and lead management processes.
