We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Campaign Executive who can manage influencer campaigns end-to-end with strong follow-up discipline.

Role Overview

As a Campaign Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating influencer campaigns, managing creator communication, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely execution without delays.

This role requires strong ownership, accountability, and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

�� Coordinate end-to-end influencer campaigns (briefing �� posting �� reporting)

�� Communicate with influencers via WhatsApp, email & calls

�� Ensure timely content submission and posting

�� Maintain structured Google Sheets dashboards

�� Track deliverables, engagement, reach & performance metrics

�� Share regular campaign updates with internal team

�� Ensure brand guidelines are followed before publishing

�� Handle follow-ups, reminders, and deadline management

Required Skills

�� Strong knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel

�� Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

�� Strong follow-up and coordination ability

�� Detail-oriented and deadline-driven

�� Ability to manage multiple influencers simultaneously

�� Basic understanding of Instagram & YouTube ecosystem

Preferred (Good to Have)

�� Experience in influencer marketing / digital marketing

�� Experience handling 50+ creators in a campaign

�� Knowledge of engagement rate, reach, CTR, campaign reporting
