As the Project Head, you will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple construction projects in real estate development, ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery. Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution of the project. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise, implementing solutions as needed. Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, budget allocation, and controlling project costs. Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality assurance and progress tracking. Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring high standards of performance and collaboration.
