Roles and Responsibilities:- Developing and implementation of the annual calendar of marketing activities in line with business strategy.- Write briefs (creative and media), devise brand communications and thereby align with key stakeholders and agencies (creative, media - ATL / BTL) for planning and execution of brand plan.- Brainstorm and develop ideas for marketing campaigns.- Manage various ATL/BTL initiatives to establish brand communication.- Analyze market trends and competitors activities to identify new opportunities and challenges- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends.- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns and manage vendor relationships.- Work closely with cross functional teams in a solution-oriented setup.- Strategizing, conceptualizing planning and executing social media strategies across all social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, - - - Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn to drive brand awareness, brand visibility, engagement and virality.- Planning and implementation of brand communications strategies, content creation and conceptualization of key messages.Skills and Knowledge:- Work Experience 5-6 years- Creative with the ability to think out of the box.- Strong analytical skills & problem-solving proven ability to develop marketing strategies.- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills- Excels at execution and is also keen to strategize.- Aware of latest trends and best marketing practices.- Excellent Microsoft word, Power point, Excel skills- Should be a team player, proactive, accountable and quick learner.
