Roles and Responsibilities1. Communicating with teams, Managers & relevant stakeholders to identify training needs2. Design content & develop training programs (in-house/outsourced) for existing employees (All levels)3. Induction & welcome training for new joiners4. Train New Joiners5. Conduct sales & servicing training for Tele/Field teams6. Coordinate with SMEs, Admin, HR, and business stakeholders for smooth functioning of training7. Facilitate sessions on products, processes and skills8. Design & share a monthly training calendar9. Track and report completion of training sessions10. Publish monthly/quarterly training reports11. Deliver training updates to the business12. Revise and update the content when required13. Assess instructional quality/impact and determine the impact of training on employee skills14. Gather & report feedback from trainers & trainees15. Host train the trainer for SMEs16. Travel to branches (if applicable) and conduct training programs17. Research & recommend new training methods (eLearning/gamification)Desired Candidate Profile1. Effective verbal, written communication and presentation skills2. language: professional in English, Hindi3. Competency in MS Office especially Excel & PPT4.
