- Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and industry connections (IPC, Developers, Brokers, Architects, Liaison Agents, etc.).The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, a strategic mindset, and the ability to engage with potential clients. This role requires market research, lead management, and proactive networking to build a strong sales - Conduct initial client discussions, understand project requirements, and prepare technical & commercial proposals.- Track and manage leads from initial contact to closure, maintaining accurate sales records.- Confidently prepare proposals and present services via online or face-to-face meetings - Seek out new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media - Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments to refine sales strategies
