Service Advisor/ Supervisor Body shop Roles & Responsibilities.1Attendance 90%.2Pre intimation of leave before 4 days is must, leave application should be approved by SM in advance.3Understand the reason of accidental damage of vehicle and condition of vehicle as well as customer.4Detail inspection of vehicle for accidental damages , claim form to be filled by customer only on his hand writing.5Attending the customer and will ensure all the vehicle valid documents for further insurance claim process.
