liaise with insurance companies to handle claims and approvals.

quality control:

inspect vehicles before and after repairs to ensure quality standards are met.

address any customer concerns or complaints promptly.

sales support:

qualifications:

education: a diploma or degree in automotive technology/mechanical engineering or a related field is a plus.

experience: no prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
