Job description for Billing and Sales executive1. Billing on Vet buddy Software2. Sales of petshop and pharmacy products3. In house-Pharmacy Maintaining4. Taking pharmacy stocks and giving list of stocks to be ordered by pet shop head. Being in-charge of pet shop and Pharmacy shelves cleaning: making sure the HK staff wipe all shelves5. Making a note of products that are unavailable and have been asked for by clients.6. Maintaining this list and intimating the clients when the products arrive.7. Filling checklist regularly.8. Helping clients register their names if required9. Sending clients as per their turn if required10. Keeping a track of all blood and biological samples prescribed for testing when they come in for billing.11. Organizing cleaning and arrangement of pet shop shelves -once a day.12. Being responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the billing -desk and area.13. Guiding clients and providing information about different products and Medicine.14. Being in charge of arranging products in the pet shop as per instructions from pet shop head or Pharmacy Head.15. Making sure all products are placed in their appropriate places in the pet shop at all times.16. Being pleasant and helpful and non-confrontational.17. Escalating issues raised by clients to higher management.18. Stocking up pet shop as the products get purchased, ensuring the pet shop is stocked up at all times.19. Inventory in the absence of designated person.20. Checking all Medicine list and Making Requirements list.21. Keeping and checking all the medicine Bills and checking margins and all.22.
