The Estimator will assist in the preparation of cost estimates, scope development, subcontractor outreach, and proposal evaluations for multifamily construction projects, with a concentration in affordable housing. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with construction management software, particularly Procore.Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing detailed scopes of work based on design documents and project specifications. Coordinate and perform subcontractor outreach for pricing, ensuring broad and inclusive bid coverage.
