We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer with 4 to 10 years of experience to manage construction projects in Bhubaneswar , Odisha. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites, coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth workflow and project timelines. - Quantity Surveying, Estimation, Billing, Planning and Construction Cost Control Management- Quality Control: Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections and resolve any quality-related issues promptly. - Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, material usage, and financial documentation. Ensure all paperwork is up-to-date and organized for inspections and reviews.- Problem-Solving: Address challenges that may arise during construction, such as delays or resource shortages, and develop effective solutions to keep projects on track.Required Skills and Expectations:The candidate should possess a degree in Civil Engineering and have strong technical knowledge in construction processes, Quantity Surveying Skills , Billing and Planning and Cost Controlling. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills are essential. The ability to analyse data, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines is critical. The candidate is required to have prior knowledge about building construction. Should have handled government projects and should be aware about billing and various paperwork's required in a government project.. Should be smart and problem solving person. Capable of handling the site efficiently. Only experienced candidates are preferred.

The Estimator will assist in the preparation of cost estimates, scope development, subcontractor outreach, and proposal evaluations for multifamily construction projects, with a concentration in affordable housing. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with construction management software, particularly Procore.Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing detailed scopes of work based on design documents and project specifications. Coordinate and perform subcontractor outreach for pricing, ensuring broad and inclusive bid coverage. Review and evaluate subcontractor proposals for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with project scope. Maintain and update project data in Procore, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders. Support senior estimators in quantity take-offs, bid leveling, and the preparation of final bids. Attend pre-bid meetings and assist in bid out coordination. Track and manage RFI responses and addenda during the bidding process.
