Looking for billing executive in departmental store who can manage store and inventory and good knowledge of computer is compulsory should know how to deal with customers

Job Responsibility :Aspiring candidates should be capable of handling the following functions: Having Good Knowledge of GEM / E- Procurement and Other Tender Portals. Tender/GEM Bid Searching and Filling Bid Preparation- Technical Bid & Price Bid E-Tendering / Reverse Auctions/ Live Auctions Should have proper knowledge of Direct Purchasing , Golden parameters , PAC bids. Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid Submit the documents in stipulated time limits as mentioned in NIT of tenders Coordinate with the respective dept., for document procurement in process of tenders Reporting bidding status online/offline on daily basis MIS Reports for preparation on regular basis regarding participated bids including EMD Details Tracking status of Tenders/Bids offers Follow up with Vendors/OEMs/Departments/Clients for bids/tenders Preparing competitive bidders comparison sheet Maintaining Customer Relationship with existing/new clients Should quote the bid as per the compliance of the bid/tender.
