We are seeking a Civil or Construction Estimator who is having Certification / Training From BHADANIS Quantity Surveying Training Institute or Nicmar or Rics to join our team in Lucknow UttarPradesh . This role is suitable for recent graduates and professionals with up to six years of experience. The Estimator will play a vital role in preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects.Key Responsibilities:1. Analyze project plans and specifications: Review detailed blueprints and documents to understand project requirements and identify cost components.2. Prepare detailed cost estimates: Calculate material, labor, and overhead costs to create comprehensive project budgets that align with client expectations.3. Conduct market research: Stay updated on industry trends and pricing to ensure estimates reflect current market conditions accurately.4. Collaborate with project managers: Work closely with teams to gather necessary information, clarify project details, and adjust estimates as projects evolve.5.
