Set up and calibrate machines to ensure precise bending as per design specifications. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Monitor machine operations to detect any defects or malfunctions and ensure high-quality output. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workstation adhering to company safety and quality standards. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.Requirements: Basic knowledge of CNC machine operations (training may be provided for freshers). Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work. Willingness to work in a factory environment and adapt to shift timings if required. Prior experience in CNC bending operations is a plus but not mandatory. Good communication and teamwork skills.Qualifications: Minimum educational qualification: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, CNC, or a related field is preferred.
