Tele-Counselling:Contact parents over the phone to inform them about their childs eye health status, provide guidance on treatment or spectacle use, and motivate them for follow-up visits if required.3.Referral Data Maintenance:Maintain proper records of referred students, update follow-up status, and share data with the program team as required.4.Follow-Up and Coordination:Ensure that all referred students visit the hospital or the nearest Primary Eye Care Centre (Vision Center) in their catchment area for further check-up or treatment.
