Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets to maximize commission earnings. Continuously identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Qualifications and Requirements: A bachelors degree or graduate in any discipline. Previous sales or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for deliveries.
