This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with varying levels of experience, from fresh graduates to those with up to 6 years of experience.Key Responsibilities:- Patient Consultation: Meet with patients to understand their health concerns and provide a thorough consultation based on Ayurvedic principles.- Diagnosis and Treatment Planning: Assess patients' conditions and create personalized treatment plans that may include herbal remedies, diet plans, and lifestyle changes.- Follow-up Care: Monitor patients progress over time, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.- Health Education: Educate patients on Ayurvedic practices, preventive care, and the importance of maintaining a balanced lifestyle.- Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and document treatments administered and patients' progress.Required Skills and Expectations:- A degree in Ayurveda (BAMS) from an accredited institution is required, along with a valid license to practice.- Strong understanding of Ayurvedic principles, practices, and therapies.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and help them understand their health conditions.- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other health professionals.- A compassionate approach to patient care, combined with good analytical and problem-solving skills.The ideal candidate is passionate about holistic health and committed to improving the well-being of patients through Ayurvedic medicine.
