The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new sales opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include visiting clients, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize promotional activities.QualificationsProven experience in sales, especially within the food industryStrong skills in developing and implementing sales strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze sales data and market trendsProficiency in client relationship managementBachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksWillingness to travel as requiredExperience in bakery ingredients or food service sales is a plus

Manage to take order from the clients. Manage team ensure order is delivered by meeting the timelines, order quality is maintained. Work area is managed efficiently. Communication skills needed , reasonably good English & Hindi both. Ensuring customer satisfaction & build good client relations Ensuring all company policies are followed Ability to assign and perform day to day tasks Building team work within the team. Good understanding of baking terminologies, equipments & processes. Setting up processes to ensure smooth functioning of business. Inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Basically all activities intended to manage Bakery operations

We are a bakery cloud kitchen located in Karol Bagh & Naraina New Delhi, Looking for admin staff to manage the order taking via phone calls, whatsApp, website backend documentation, arranging logistics, lead conversion, Fluent English conversation skill required.
