role description

this is a full-time, on-site role located in delhi for a regional sales manager. the regional sales manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new sales opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. day-to-day tasks include visiting clients, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize promotional activities.

qualifications

proven experience in sales, especially within the food industry

strong skills in developing and implementing sales strategies

excellent communication and interpersonal skills

ability to analyze sales data and market trends

proficiency in client relationship management

bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

willingness to travel as required

experience in bakery ingredients or food service sales is a plus
