The Implementation Executive has direct responsibility for managing implementation at client place from end-to-end, raising issues to the Implementation Manager as required for resolution or escalation. This position is responsible for the organization and delivery of software product implementation, with the assistance of the Product Support/ Technical team. While being predominantly internally focused, this position requires a strong communication bridge between all departments, and the client, in order to execute and deliver a successful implementation.
