We have been retained by a very prominent and premier Government Institution to source and Training and Maintenance Resources to Train and Maintain Modern Instrumentation, Automation, Mechatronics and Electrical Educational Systems across various locations of Karnataka. The Job involves Training and Day to day maintenance of advanced Technology Education Systems in various locations across Karnataka.The Job is 12 months Contractual initially but most likely to keep renewed subsequently.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Trainer to educate people in a technological field. You will develop technical training programs and help others develop skills that will make them better professionals. Technical trainers must be extremely knowledgeable in their field of expertise and possess solid technical aptitude. We expect you to be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way. The goal is to contribute to the development of peoples technical/IT skills to meet organizational needs.ResponsibilitiesIT Course TrainingTaking part in DemosC, C++, Java, Python, Software Testing, data science, machine learning,Digital Marketing, SEO, DevOps, Python WIth Data Science Deliver classroom & online training.Organize and lead training sessionsTest and debug programsCoordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutionsImprove functionality of existing systemsDevise technical training programs according to organizational requirementsDetermine course content according to objectivesExecute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individuallyArrange for and conduct on-site training when neededKeep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.Observe and evaluate results of training programsDetermine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvementsPrepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)SkillsProven experience as a technical trainerKnowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjectsExperience in designing technical course contentAbility to address training needs with complete coursesWorking knowledge in MS Office Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowdsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesIT in a relevant technical field
