Key ResponsibilitiesDrafting & Drawing Creation: Prepare clear, complete, and accurate 2D manufacturing drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD based on engineer instructions and rough sketches.Revision & Modification: Update and revise existing engineering drawings based on engineering change notes (ECNs), design updates, or feedback from the shop floor.Dimensioning & Tolerancing: Apply appropriate dimensions, annotations, limits, fits, and basic tolerances to drawings to ensure parts fit together correctly during assembly.Standardization: Maintain and organize the drawing database, ensuring all files follow standardized layers, line weights, title blocks, and numbering systems.Cross-checking & Verification: Review completed drawings for accuracy, checking calculations, material callouts, and spelling before submitting them for engineering approval.BOM Coordination: Assist in extracting quantities and technical data from drawings to help compile Bill of Materials (BOM) or estimation sheets.

Skills required:- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop, VRAY, Excel, Powerpoint etc. Highly creative, imaginative & artistic Excellent communication skill, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision. Good interpersonal & presentation skills. Responsibilities:-1. To make architectural designs for residential/commercial spaces as per OD standards.2. To make architectural drawings, working drawings and detailed architectural drawings, elevations and sections.3. To make municipal compliance drawings.4. To be able to work on interior design projects.5. To draw layout Plan, Detail drawings such as measurement plan, ceiling plan, electrical plan, breaking or reconstruction plan, civil plan or plumbing plan, elevations and specific detailing pertaining to assist the design execution at site.6. To make presentations as per OD standards.7. To Coordinate over call with clients and to be able to communicate ideas in a clear manner either over a zoom call/google meet or over the phone.8. To resolve all questions of clients in relation to the design, if any.9. To be able to work as a part of a team.10. To take instructions from clients and pay attention to their needs and wants and to take instructions given by OD personals or assigned managers.11. To take instructions given by founder Architect Amit Mahajan.12. To maintain decorum of work effectively with the team and OD clients. To wear formals from Monday to Friday and casuals on Saturday. Job Summary:The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and performing basic maintenance on Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines (e.g., Lathes, Mills, Grinders, Routers) to produce high-quality metal or plastic components according to engineering drawings and specifications. This role requires precision, attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Machine Setup: Load and unload raw materials and finished parts onto the CNC machine. Install and adjust machine tools, jigs, and fixtures.Program Loading & Editing: Load CNC programs into the machine. Make minor edits to programs (e.g., offsets, feed rates, speeds) as necessary to optimize cutting conditions and ensure part quality, under supervision.Operation: Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently according to work instructions, engineering drawings, and production schedules. Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or deviations from specifications.Quality Inspection: Perform in-process and final inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges) to ensure adherence to specified dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes.Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and troubleshoot basic machine operating problems (e.g., tool wear, material issues). Perform routine preventive maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and checking fluid levels. Report major mechanical or programming issues to supervisors or maintenance staff.Blueprint & Drawing Interpretation: Accurately read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications, including understanding Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).Tool Management: Monitor tool wear and replace worn or broken tools. Understand proper tool selection for different materials and operations.Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and machine-specific safety procedures, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Record Keeping: Maintain accurate production logs, including job details, material usage, machine settings, and inspection results.Work Area Maintenance: Keep the workstation and surrounding area clean, organized, and free from hazards.Team Collaboration: Work effectively with production supervisors, quality inspectors, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet production deadlines.
