Role & responsibilities - 1. Lead and manage architectural projects from conceptual stages through to completion. 2. Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and develop design briefs. 3. Supervise and mentor junior architects and other team members. 4. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements. 5. Prepare and present design proposals, detailed drawings, and specifications. 6. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. 7. Collaborate with structural engineers, contractors, and other professionals. 8. Review and approve project designs, plans, and construction documents. 9. Conduct site visits to check on project progress and quality of work. 10. Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders. 11. Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during construction. 12. Ensure project designs are sustainable and environmentally friendly. 13.Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies.

1) Good hand in auto level machine and level calculations2) Must have knowledge of MS excel & Autocad3) Quality control and managing resources 4) Forecasting of Manpower, Machinery & material requirements, 5) Execution of projects as per given drawing with the best quality work,6) Strong hands on housekeeping, material management at site,7) Prepare running bills/JMR/MB in given periods,8) Prepare COP for the payments of vendors and labours,
