Key Responsibilities:- Assisting in audits for diverse clients.- Preparing financial reports and audit documentation.- Handling tax filings and compliance (GST, TDS, and Income Tax).- Collaborating with senior team members on financial and tax matters.

Tally, GST, Reconciliations, Balance Sheet, IT Returns, and Client Coordination. secretarial works.Candidates having work experience with CA firms are preferred. Candidates from Navi Mumbai location are preferred.

Roles And Responsibility :-Taking complete responsibility of direct and indirect taxation.-Independently handling Advisory and Compliance engagements related to Direct Tax laws, such as Tax Structuring, Advisory, On-going Compliance, Litigation support, etc.-Ensure compliance with reference to payment of TDS, GST, PT, PF, ESI etc. After taking eligible set-off.-Ensure timely filing of GST return.-Should be well conversant with registration, return filling, credit marching concept process under GST.-Advance Tax planning, payment and related provisions.-Computation of personnel taxes and corporate taxes.-Timely filing of Income Tax Returns and Tax Audit.-Ensuring statutory compliance and certification for foreign remittances.-Income Tax Refund processes and compliance.-Tax planning from time to time.-Advising management on taxation matters.-Should be aware of Accounting Standards issued by ICAI and in applicability in finalization of account.-Ensure timely compliance of registration with various tax authorities.-Updating of books of accounts related to tax matters. Preparation of Workings for VAT, ST, TDS, IT and ROC returns.-Assisting all department assessments and handling tax officials in office.-Updating Payroll entries in tally.-Assisting in finalization of books of accounts.

Maintain Company books, ledgers and accounts as per government norms and guidelines.Ensure all company books are up to date and work completed as per timelinesEnsure tax filings (Income Tax, GST, TDS etc.) are done as per deadlines and regulationsPayroll processing, Salary Structuring, and other labor law compliances (PF/ESIC/PT)Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports (MIS, Ageing reports)Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
