Responsibilities: - Candidate would be responsible for appraising & assessing risks for loan under the consumer-focused Loan. - The incumbent will be responsible for underwriting personal loan proposal as per the laid down policies & procedure to honor the agreed SLAs and manage city/area business volumes. - To conduct personal discussion with customers to establish Credit worthiness. - Interact with the client, gather requirements, financial statements and other inputs for performing quality Credit analysis and due diligence. (for renewal & new borrowers) - To prepare Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM). - Responsible for Credit Assessment. -To coordinate with sales to achieve targets and ensure TAT or SLAs are met. - Work closely with RM/Product partners in structuring Credit solutions and ensuring appropriateness of the products, and expediting approvals Qualification & Experience Required: Graduate/MBA with at least 2 to 4 years relevant experience in Credit Underwriting for Salaried Personal Loan Product of Banks, NBFCs. Good experience in Credit analysis - Balance sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, Bank Statement. Credit underwriting work experience within retail lending with any large NBFC or Bank. Ideal candidate should understand the credit risk of consumer-focused loan and SME segment lending. Prospective candidate should have hands-on experience on how to review, assess and underwrite secured and unsecured loans with focus in personal loan underwriting.Office Timing & Working Days: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (can be stretched depending upon workload)- Monday to Saturday

Role Objective:-The incumbent will be expected to do perform credit underwriting, due diligence and monitoring of borrowers related to Supply Chain Finance both domestic and export financeRole Responsibilities:-Assess the credit worthiness of by analyzing financial statements, CIBIL scores, GST, Bank statements, ITRsFamiliar with working capital assessment methods, cash conversion cycles including MPBFUnderstanding various Business models and potential risk factors impacting their credit worthiness.Visit the manufacturing facilities, understand the business and identify any red flagsCoordinate with relationship managers and the company to fill any information gapPrepare credit appraisal memorandum and present to the credit committee for approvalAdhere to the credit process and policy documents of the organization. Work with the team members to establish the best practices in line with industry standards.Continuous monitoring of the existing portfolio and identify early warning signals including various macro parameters

Graduate/MBA with Total experience 2 years and at least 6 Months relevant experience in Credit Underwriting for Salaried Personal Loan Product of Banks, NBFCs.
