Job Summary:We are looking for ITI Fitter Freshers to join our growing team at Yalavarti Engineering Pvt. Ltd. This role is ideal for candidates who are recently certified and want to gain practical experience in mechanical fitting and electrical panel assembly. On-the-job training will be provided.Key Responsibilities:Assist in assembling electrical panel boards and mounting components.Learn and perform basic fitting tasks like marking, drilling, cutting, and grinding.Use hand tools and measuring instruments under supervision.Support senior technicians in panel structure preparation and layout.Maintain clean and safe work conditions on the shop floor.Follow supervisor instructions and company quality standards.Required Qualifications:ITI Fitter trade (Fresh pass-out or up to 1 year experience).Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with tools.Willingness to learn and adapt to shop floor processes.Good physical stamina and discipline.Benefits:Practical training in panel board manufacturing.Growth path to skilled roles (Panel Fitter, Assembler, Technician).Performance-based incentives and stable job environment.Opportunity to work with experienced professionals in a well-equipped facility.
