We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Architect / Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. This position will involve assisting in the design, planning, and execution of various architectural and interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design principles, a passion for creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Coordinate with Civil and Structural engineers, building contractors - Create architectural designs using software like AutoCAD to visualize and plan projects effectively.- Ensure all designs comply with local and state construction laws and regulations.- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and contract documents for construction teams and regulatory bodies.

1. Create architectural designs based on customer input and feedback.2. Utilizes computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans.3. Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs4. Do site visits to check on project status and report on project5. Architects ensure that their designs meet safety standards and comply with local laws6. Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.

Proven working experience as an ArchitectStrong portfolio to prove artistic skillsExpert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standardsExcellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensionsVisual awareness and an eye for detailCommunication and project management skillsBS degree in Architecture
