Job Responsibilities:1. Sketch Interpretation and Apartment Design: Analyze sketches provided by architects to understand design intent. Develop detailed apartment plans and layouts using design software (e.g., AutoCAD)2. BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and MB (Measurement Book) Preparation: Create accurate BOQ and MB based on apartment designs. Ensure detailed documentation of materials, quantities, and measurements.3. Estimation: Collect and analyze data for cost estimation, considering materials, labor, and other project expenses. Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to obtain accurate pricing information.4. House Planning: Contribute to the development of comprehensive house plans, considering spatial efficiency, aesthetics, and adherence to building codes. Work closely with the architectural team to implement design changes.5. Excel Sheet for Plots Information: Create an Excel sheet to organize and manage poll information. Include relevant details such as plot size, ownership, and any other pertinent data.6. Documentation Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, plans, and correspondence. Ensure documents comply with industry standards.7.
