Responsibilities:1.Knowledge of civil engineering practices.2.Expertise in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Microsoft Office, and email platforms.3.Design and develop architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents for Industrial, Commercial and Residential projects.4.Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to project requirements.5.Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and develop design concepts.6.Produce detailed construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.7.Oversee construction projects to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.8.Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs).9.Develop 3D visualizations.10.Stay current with industry trends and innovations in architectural design and construction.
