Reports to: Director of Operations/Managing DirectorJob Summary:The Plant Head is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and maintenance of a safe working environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement production plans to meet business objectives.2. Ensure quality control and implement quality management systems.3. Manage and optimize production processes, resources, and workflows.4. Lead and develop a team of production supervisors and operators.5. Implement and maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.6. Analyse and improve production processes, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.2. 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or production management.3. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.4. Experience with quality management systems and lean manufacturing principles.5. Systematic planning and preparation of product labels, handling and distribution of product BOMs SOP and specification sheets.Process control to eliminate deviation in FGs.Knowledge of QMS principles / GMP requirements in a Pharma industryKnowledge of shop floor activities and man managementShould have robust knowledge of FSSC 22000 & FSSAI regulationsKnowledge of analytical techniques and operation of basic instruments used in quality function of a Pharma process industryPersonal Attributes:Able to communicate and motivate coherently (both written & verbally)Using problem solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve and/or mitigate operational issuesGood supervisory, planning & training skillsHigh level of integrity and characterReady to work in rotational shiftSelf-starter and able to anticipate work requirementsFlexible to change schedule and hours of work to meet the needs of the plantAbility to undertake and perform duties to a satisfactory level in a busy work environment

Education :B.Pharma, M.Pharma , B.tech, M.tech, MBA (Good Command In English)EXPERIENCE :More than 5 Years in Pharma and Food International (ORG & CMARG)Job Description1-Searching new clients, presentation business proposal, negotiating (prior/terms/ condition),Market research data analysis (ORG & CMARG -retail & prescription audit.2-Set up excellent sales & marketing team and distributors network all over country.3-Liaison with different government departments for proper functioning of business operation.4-Receiving export orders from Sales, coordinating with production for its production, informing Sales about material availability.
