Key Responsibilities:* Design creatives for Associates' Telegram & WhatsApp groups* Develop promotional materials for trips, travel, and events* Create event-related visuals: invitations, banners, hoardings, signage, and posters* Maintain branding consistency across all company materials and campaigns* Plan and manage a content calendar for events, festivals, and promotions* Design banking brochures and on-site banners for new townships and schemes* Produce engaging video content and promotional reels for social media* Create infographics, PowerPoint presentations, and blog visuals* Support website management and project updates* Track and analyze performance metrics of visuals across platforms* Collaborate with internal teams and vendors, including Gokul Kripa, to ensure unified branding* Conduct regular training workshops for associates on social media and video editingRequired Skills:* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)* Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics* Experience in digital marketing creatives and content optimization* Understanding of print media and production processes* Ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders* Good communication and teamwork skills

Bachelor's degree in film editing or related degree is requiredProfessional mastery of video and audio editing software and programsAbility to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneouslyCreative experience in filmmaking and videographyAbility to understand the desired outcome of a project when meeting with clients and the ability to bring them to lifeExperience editing various video projects and inserting sound effects, music and transitionsProficient in creating concept boards and other visual representations of planned edits for video projects
