Financial Record Keeping which includes maintaining accurate financial records including accounts receivable and payable,Ensuring all entries are updated , bills and invoices are checked.Assist the Accounts Manager in managing the regular accounting operations of the dealership.2. Bank Reconciliation ,Payment followup, handling of Day to Day Accounting.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.3. Ensuring timely Bill payments to our Vendors with preparation of cheque .Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.4. Assist in managing relationships with banks and other financial institutions, and help oversee cash flow management.5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and service, to ensure that financial goals are aligned with business objectivesRequired Qualifications:1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting,Finance or a related field.2. Minimum 01(one) year experience in an accounting position preferably using Tally accounting Software and preferably in the automotive industry or a dealership environment.3. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and Accounting Software like Tally etc.4. Strong Attention to Detail and ability to do multitask.5. Ability to handle sensitive financial information discreetly and have excellent team collaboration skills.
