We are looking for an Accounts Officer to join our team in Siliguri. This role is suitable for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience who have completed their 12th grade. You will support our finance team by managing daily accounting tasks.

Job Role: Branch Banking Officer - Axis BankKey Responsibilities:Welcome customers and understand their banking requirements.Open Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Salary Accounts, and Fixed/Recurring Deposits.Process routine banking transactions such as cash deposits, withdrawals, cheque clearing, fund transfers, and account servicing.Ensure KYC, AML, and RBI compliance while processing customer requests.Cross-sell banking products such as:Debit & Credit CardsPersonal LoansHome LoansInsuranceMutual FundsFixed Deposits and other investment productsResolve customer queries and complaints promptly while maintaining high service standards.Generate leads and acquire new customers through referrals and branch walk-ins.Maintain accurate documentation and branch records.Coordinate with other branch departments to ensure smooth banking operations.Achieve monthly business and sales targets assigned by the branch manager.EligibilityGraduation in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc., etc.).Freshers and candidates with banking or sales experience may be eligible depending on the vacancy.Good communication and customer-handling skills.Basic computer knowledge and understanding of banking operations.

To meet and greet patients , members of the public and visitors to the practice in a friendly and courteous manner.To the direct/indirect patients to be sent in appropriate professionals.To fix appointments/consultations with doctors and consultant and for patients, visitors, M.Rs etc.If a doctor is not coming or coming late then inform others departments.Filing of medical notes, letters, test results and other correspondence.Register new patients on the computer system.Participatients when requested in the delivery and collection of items to and from trust, hospitals and the anyother place or practice business.Comply with all in hour and stationary health & safety procedures.Attend practice meeting.Attend training courses in houses and externally to develop expertise and future knowledge.Any duty that may be properly claimed by the manager or doctors to be part of the role of receptionist.Check all things in the OPD are in proper place. Guide the patients to the payment counter to make the case paper.
