Senior Consultants India Position Overview:We are seeking a Senior Consultant for Student Recruitment based in India, you will play a pivotal role in advising prospective students, building partnerships with educational institutions overseas, and contributing to the overall success of our student recruitment efforts. You will work closely with the County Head in India and the recruitment team based in New Delhi, providing exceptional guidance to ensure the achievement of enrolment goals. Client Advisory:- Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students, offering expert guidance on educational programs, admissions processes, and career pathways.- Conduct one-on-one consultations with students to understand their academic and career goals, and align them with suitable programs.Strategic Partnerships:- Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with educational institutions, agencies, and key stakeholders to enhance recruitment channels.- Collaborate with external partners to develop joint initiatives and maximize recruitment opportunities.Recruitment Strategy:- Contribute to the development of comprehensive student recruitment strategies and tactics.- Provide insights and recommendations based on market research, industry trends, and competitor analysis.Team Collaboration:- Work closely with the overseas partners ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.- Provide training, mentorship, and support to junior consultants to enhance their skills and performance.Events and Outreach:- Represent the company at educational fairs, conferences, and events to promote programs and attract prospective students.- Organise and participate in outreach activities to engage with the community and generate interest in our educational offerings.Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field; - Proven experience in student recruitment, preferably within the higher education sector.

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for an Academic Consultant. As an Academic Consultant, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in their academic pursuits. You will work closely with students to identify their strengths and weaknesses and develop personalized plans to help them achieve their goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs to support the professional development of teachers and staff.QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Education, Psychology, or a related fieldExperience working in the education field (teaching, counseling, consulting, or similar).Demonstrated understanding of academic assessment tools and strategiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation abilitiesAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively.Excellent organizational and time management skillsExperience in conducting training sessions for teachers and other staff.Fluency in English must require.Salary - 25k - 28k in hand + Great Incentives
