We are looking for a talented and passionate 3D Environment Artist to join our Motionpix Studio, PuneIn this role, you will play a key part in developing both 3D environment assets and level art for our regular projects. Your contributions will help shape iconic and new environments within the Engineering layouts. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in creating top-tier 3D environments, from initial concept to in-engine implementationAt Motionpix, we believe that small teams that find a way to work well together have the potential to create memorable animations. Its important that each team member takes pride in their work and knows what it means to take responsibility and deliver quality and fun to viewers.As a 3D Environment Artist at Motionpix, you will collaborate closely with Engineering Designers, vehicle manufacturers, and fellow artists to create engaging and immersive experiences for viewers. You will take ownership of the entire layout visual aesthetic, ensuring it enhances the viewer's journey and deepens their connection to the processIf you think that describes you, then wed love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and elevate the quality of 3D environment assets, continuously refining their look and feel to meet the highest standardsEnhance and push concept designs to the next level by considering technical and design limitations, including polygon budgets and texture memory constraintsWork with outsourcing partners to build a stable production pipelineWork with both design and technical constraints to develop level art using the existing level system, while consistently exploring and pushing the boundaries of whats possible within the systemCollaborate with other disciplines to ensure all assets align with the project's visionRequirementsHands-on experience in building Level art with 3D BlenderExpert experience in creating stylized 3D Modelling, Texturing, Materials, Animation and Rigger

Construct Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings and 3D visuals for presentation. Participate in research and presentation of new design proposals to clients or managers Assisting interior designers, architects or graphic designers in space planning and design details Applying textures and providing appropriate lighting techniques to the models Creating 3D models from architectural plans, rough sketches or real life objects using special rendering software Enhancing images and adding special effects creatively Creating 3D walk-throughs and fly-through in artistic fields Delivering Design Visualization & Presentation Projects to clients. To approach your project briefs with an outgoing, energetic, and creative manner. Research is the key, know your audience, your client and look. Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts based on your client's requirements. Be a team player, and work alongside with copywriters, designers and account managers. Be willing to learn and grow, learning new skills and understanding the new mediums for todays technology. Working systematically and in an organized method on your projects helping meet with team expectations. Have the ability to work with a wide range of media from design to graphics. Ability to illustrate your idea in various looks and styles, and quickly translate your ideas visually for your team. Have experience in conceptual and design thinking. Ability to work under pressure, and be constantly on the run, juggling multiple projects at once. Have experience in digital, graphic and web design.

1. Should have core Knowledge of 3D Maya, ZBrush, and Photoshop2. Should have core knowledge in photorealistic texturing, rendering, material selection, shading, and image lighting3. Should have experience with high and low poly SUBD modeling, sculpting, PBR texturing, optimization and material selection process4. Should have specialization in hard surface organic modeling
