Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and technical documents. Select and install correct tools, fixtures, and workholding systems. Perform precision setups including alignment, zero-point setting, and tool offsets. Operate machines with Fanuc and Heidenhain etc. Control systems and make program edits if necessary. Conduct in-process and final inspections using callipers, micrometres, gauges, etc. Ensure adherence to GD&T, tight tolerances, and surface finish requirements. Work with various materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and titanium.

Inspect large machined components (up to 500mm / 4 meters in length). Interpret complex technical drawings and apply GD&T principles. Perform in-process and final inspections ensuring compliance with specifications. Use and generate reports via PC-DMIS, COSMOS, CAMIO Studio, and PAS software.
