Job Description

we are seeking experienced cnc milling machine operators to join our high-precision machining team in israel. this is a great opportunity for skilled professionals to work on advanced milling equipment, producing complex metal components for global applications.

key responsibilities

• set up and operate large cnc milling machines (bridge-type/gantry and horizontal).

• read and interpret complex engineering drawings and technical documents.

• select and install correct tools, fixtures, and workholding systems.

• perform precision setups including alignment, zero-point setting, and tool offsets.

• operate machines with fanuc and heidenhain etc. control systems and make program edits if necessary.

• conduct in-process and final inspections using callipers, micrometres, gauges, etc.

• ensure adherence to gd&t, tight tolerances, and surface finish requirements.

• work with various materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and titanium.
