CNC Milling Machine Operator

We are seeking experienced CNC Milling Machine Operators to join our high-precision machining team in Israel. This is a great opportunity for skilled professionals to work on advanced milling equipment, producing complex metal components for global applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate large CNC milling machines (bridge-type/gantry and horizontal).

• Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and technical documents.

• Select and install correct tools, fixtures, and workholding systems.

• Perform precision setups including alignment, zero-point setting, and tool offsets.

• Operate machines with Fanuc and Heidenhain etc. Control systems and make program edits if necessary.

• Conduct in-process and final inspections using callipers, micrometres, gauges, etc.

• Ensure adherence to GD&T, tight tolerances, and surface finish requirements.

• Work with various materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and titanium.
