Must have US IT recruitment experience of 1-4 years & in depth knowledge of the Recruitment life cycle. Must have basic screening skills to maintain the quality of candidates being submitted. Must have excellent verbal and written Communication skills. Must have worked on IT requirements, as we only work on core IT positions. Adept in sourcing quality candidates from LinkedIn, Dice, Monster etc. Understand differences in various tax terms like W2, 1099, C2C etc. Basic understanding on Immigration concepts like H1B, GC process etc. Good to have: Candidate should have experience working with DIRECT CLIENT/s (high tech companies) without any layers.
