must have us it recruitment experience of 1-4 years & in depth knowledge of the recruitment life cycle.

• must have basic screening skills to maintain the quality of candidates being submitted.

• must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• must have worked on it requirements, as we only work on core it positions.

• adept in sourcing quality candidates from linkedin, dice, monster etc.

• understand differences in various tax terms like w2, 1099, c2c etc.

• basic understanding on immigration concepts like h1b, gc process etc.

• good to have: candidate should have experience working with direct client/s (high tech companies) without any layers.

• good to have: prior experience using linkedin rps
