Must have US IT recruitment experience of 1-4 years & in depth knowledge of the Recruitment life cycle.
• Must have basic screening skills to maintain the quality of candidates being submitted.
• Must have excellent verbal and written Communication skills.
• Must have worked on IT requirements, as we only work on core IT positions.
• Adept in sourcing quality candidates from LinkedIn, Dice, Monster etc.
• Understand differences in various tax terms like W2, 1099, C2C etc.
• Basic understanding on Immigration concepts like H1B, GC process etc.
• Good to have: Candidate should have experience working with DIRECT CLIENT/s (high tech companies) without any layers.
• Good to have: Prior experience using LinkedIn RPS
