Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization. Research and build relationships with new clients. Set up meetings between client decision makers and company practice leaders/Principals. Plan approaches and pitches. Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the clients' needs, concerns, and objectives.Requirements: He/she should have on-field experience in the IT Enabled Service Industry /Software/IT Based Solutions) He/she should have good connections in the market and should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT industry Experience in selling IT products and services to clients. Talk, present and convince decision-makers, and CXOs.Experience in Inside sales for technology/ professional services/ B2B.Should know how to generate leads. Good at making presentations. Experience with US/Overseas clients. Experience in IT, Software Services. Has good negotiation skills
