Partnering with hiring managers and the HR team to determine staffing needs.Locating potential candidates through various job portals and social media sites.Screening resumes and lining up the interviews for the vacant positions.Explaining the opportunity and organizational information to the prospective candidate.Performing telephonic interviews with candidates.Following up on the interview process statusMaintaining the data of candidates appearing for the interview.
