Technical Skills Required :- Proficient in any one of Server-side languages like Python.- Excellent front-end development skills - Javascript ES6, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Flex- Hands-on development experience on ReactJS, React Native(Desired)- Excellent understanding of web browsers, mobile browsers and responsiveness- Experience in UI Build using Webpack.- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, Bitbucket, Github- Proficient understanding of the performance of web and mobile applications- Database technologies like MySQL and Oracle, Postgresql, MongoDBResponsibilities :- Develop new user-facing features, web and mobile applications- Use HTML, CSS, JS, to deliver front-end of projects on time- Work with UI & UX designers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of code- Work with Backend developers and ensure smooth integration with CMS or APIs- Build reusable code and libraries for future use- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability- Work with SEO team to optimize websites as required

You will be responsible to manage and direct all human resources (HR) tasks on behalf of the Company viz. Screening of Resumes, Shortlisting of Candidates, Pipelining Interviews, Following up with candidates, System Implementation, Seriously watching employee behavior and Organizational growth.Additional HR Executive responsibilities include directing and overseeing the hiring, training, and dismissal processes and administering and monitoring benefit programs for employees and trainees.

You will be directly responsible for driving end-to-end sales for SaaS products from prospecting to closure.This is a Direct sales Position.
