Good Communication skill on responding emails and letters etc.The work involves: Coordination with team for day to day office activities Handing customer phone calls Generating Invoice , Performa Invoice , Service Orders and Maintenance of all records Co-ordination between customers and Internal team Managing the customer relationship process Resolve/oversee customer queries and service issues Handles clients coming in for the review of reports.
