Qualification - Any Degree holder with a few years experience will be preferred.
Computer Knowledge is a must (E-mail / Word / Excel). Good Communication skill on responding emails and letters etc.
The work involves:
• Coordination with team for day to day office activities
• Handing customer phone calls
• Generating Invoice , Performa Invoice , Service Orders and Maintenance of all records
• Co-ordination between customers and Internal team
• Managing the customer relationship process
• Resolve/oversee customer queries and service issues
• Handles clients coming in for the review of reports.
• Dispatching of Reports
