Job DescriptionAs an HR executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our workforce and maintaining an environment that fosters growth and development.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment and Staffing: Actively participate in the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to on-boarding. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide support in fulfilling them. Maintain and update job descriptions, job postings, and candidate databases.2. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by resolving workplace issues and promoting employee engagement. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters as necessary.3. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees. Support in the implementation of performance management systems.4. Compliance and Policies: Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Keep updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.Note:- Interviews will be F2F and only 1 round would be conducted.RgdsShilpa
