as an hr executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our workforce and maintaining an environment that fosters growth and development.
key responsibilities:
1. recruitment and staffing:
• actively participate in the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to on-boarding.
• collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide support in fulfilling them.
• maintain and update job descriptions, job postings, and candidate databases.
2. employee relations:
• foster a positive work environment by resolving workplace issues and promoting employee engagement.
• handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters as necessary.
3. training and development:
• identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
• support in the implementation of performance management systems.
4. compliance and policies:
• ensure hr policies and procedures are consistently applied and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• keep updated with the latest hr trends and best practices.
