Job Summary:An office boy is responsible for providing general support to the office staff, performing various tasks to maintain a clean and organized workspace, and assisting in routine office operations.Role and Responsibility Office Maintenance, Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises. Clean and maintain common areas, including the kitchen and restrooms. Monitor and replenish office supplies. Assistance to Staff Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. Help with the distribution of documents or materials to various departments. Errands and Outdoor Tasks Run office-related errands, such as purchasing office supplies. Assist in banking tasks, such as depositing or withdrawing cash. Support During Meetings Set up meeting rooms with necessary materials and equipment. Provide assistance during meetings, such as serving refreshments. Assist in Basic Administrative Tasks Help in basic data entry tasks or document formatting. Prepare interim and final reports and submit to the client and to the management as well. 1 to 5 Years of Experience in the Residential Interior Industry Communication in English and Hindi is Mandatory Candidate should be good at multi-tasking and Pleasant personality. Candidate must be self-motivated, energetic, team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work. Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry. Experience of Auto-CAD and MS Office is must. Co-ordination with Client / Designers from concept to final stage.
